Grooming tables and baths are delivered exclusively via pallet courier and are not eligible for DPD delivery services.
All pallet orders require customer confirmation before dispatch. The estimated 3–5 business day delivery timeframe begins from dispatch, not the order date.
Once dispatched, the courier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date. Failure to respond may delay delivery.
Deliveries are kerbside only, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Someone must be available to accept and sign for the goods.
If no one is available on the agreed delivery date, additional redelivery charges will apply.
Additional geographical surcharges may apply to pallet deliveries, including selected postcodes in Scotland, the Scottish Highlands, Islands and other remote or surcharge-designated areas of the UK.
Please contact us before purchasing to confirm any surcharge for your postcode.

Our collection lockers are located at GNOC, Unit 11, Sunflag Business Park, DH1 1TN.
When entering GNOC, take the first left towards the green gate, before reaching the Arriva bus station.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email containing your unique collection code. Use this code at the lockers to unlock and collect your order.
