An easy way to access invoices is to create an account on our website when checking out at purchase. From then it will give you all your purchase history, invoices etc..
If you have not received your invoice please ensure you have checked your junk box. Alternatively you may have signed up for sms which will send your invoice link via text (this is why you can not find an email).
All parcels are packaged with our state of the art packing cameras. If you are missing an item we will launch an investigation for our packing cameras to be reviewed. Once we have verified the error we will send out your replacement. This allows us to give feedback to our packers while ensuring you receive all your items hassle free.
Before contacting us please ensure the item you are missing is not a PRE ORDER. To do this please check the item on the website were the most up to date information on the pre order will be. If there is no PRE ORDER in the title please let us know as this is likely an error.
When placing a pre order there is an estimated date in the product title. This is when we expect your item to arrive and be shipped out to you. If you have not had the item shipped by this date please check the item for the most up to date information. All dates are live estimates based on the information we have at the time. If there is unexpected strikes, manufacturing delays, shipping delays etc.. the dates are likely to go back. All the most recent information will be on the product you have pre ordered as this is updated regularly.
Yes we will always restock items that are indicated out of stock. If the item has been out of stock for a significant amount of time it is likely that it will be in stock soon. We usually take pre orders on most items, as soon as we have an estimated delivery time we will start taking pre orders. Alternatively if there is no pre orders there may be supply issues hence the delay.
We do not keep items on the website that have been discontinued.
Yes you will always receive the product in the image however colours can sometime vary slightly depending on the screen the product is viewed on, it will be very close.
Sometimes products undergo new designs and logos may vary as well as stickers and packaging.
