An easy way to access invoices is to create an account on our website when checking out at purchase. From then it will give you all your purchase history, invoices etc..

If you have not received your invoice please ensure you have checked your junk box. Alternatively you may have signed up for sms which will send your invoice link via text (this is why you can not find an email).

All parcels are packaged with our state of the art packing cameras. If you are missing an item we will launch an investigation for our packing cameras to be reviewed. Once we have verified the error we will send out your replacement. This allows us to give feedback to our packers while ensuring you receive all your items hassle free.

Before contacting us please ensure the item you are missing is not a PRE ORDER. To do this please check the item on the website were the most up to date information on the pre order will be. If there is no PRE ORDER in the title please let us know as this is likely an error.

When placing a pre order there is an estimated date in the product title. This is when we expect your item to arrive and be shipped out to you. If you have not had the item shipped by this date please check the item for the most up to date information. All dates are live estimates based on the information we have at the time. If there is unexpected strikes, manufacturing delays, shipping delays etc.. the dates are likely to go back. All the most recent information will be on the product you have pre ordered as this is updated regularly.

Yes we will always restock items that are indicated out of stock. If the item has been out of stock for a significant amount of time it is likely that it will be in stock soon. We usually take pre orders on most items, as soon as we have an estimated delivery time we will start taking pre orders. Alternatively if there is no pre orders there may be supply issues hence the delay.

We do not keep items on the website that have been discontinued.

Yes you will always receive the product in the image however colours can sometime vary slightly depending on the screen the product is viewed on, it will be very close.

Sometimes products undergo new designs and logos may vary as well as stickers and packaging.

When placing your order you will be charged when this order has been received and approved by us. All order information will be emailed with an email conformation and dispatch notification. If this can not be found please check your junk folder or if the correct email address has been provided.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. You can also checkout via PayPal, Clearpay, Paylater & Klarna.

Yes, you can enter a different delivery address. However, please ensure the billing address entered matches that of the card you have used.  If you have any questions please contact us.

Warranty

“Please read all of the following information.

All issues not covered under warranty are listed below. If your item is returned and is not covered under warranty you will be liable for costs in returning the blaster to yourself or for repairing / servicing the dryer.

Hoses

Hoses are consumable parts and wear and tear is not covered. If they have detached from the dryer they have just become unscrewed from the hose connecter so will just need screwing back in anticlockwise if they keep detaching they have not been screwed in all the way.

Carbon Brushes

Carbon brushes are consumable parts and get between 500-800 hours run time depending on the dryer. If the dryer has not been serviced and the carbon brushes replaced within this period of use it will cause damage to the motor when the carbon brushes run out.

Rotary Knob

If the rotary knob to adjust the wind speed has been twisted past it’s limit, this can cause the damage to the knob and it will then be able to rotate 360°.

Overheating

Dryer motors are air cooled. If the filters have not been cleaned and hair removed this can stop the air flow to the motor causing heat to build. The room must have sufficient air flow in order for the hot air to escape. If this does not happen air temp will increase therefore increasing the temperature output on the dryer.

Stand Dryer

When the motor is switched on, the motors lift up due to the power of wind speed on the dryers. If the screws connecting the dryer and stand have been over tightened, in time this will cause the top half of the housing to lift off the bottom half. To solve this please loosen the screws slightly.

Tripping the Board

When the electrics in your salon trips the mains, this can be because the mains are overworked due to so many items being on at once. When using the dryer it uses 1200w per motor and the heat setting adding an additional 600w. Please switch off items not in use to help. If this does not work it may need inspected.

Other issues not covered by warranty are damage to housing, loose wire, misuse etc..

We only offer a return to base warranty so the customer needs to return the product to us (DPD Local drop off has very good shipping price for 6kg blaster) https://www.dpdlocal-online.co.uk. Once received we will get the item repaired (warranty issues) and returned to you. Collection can be arranged by Anglia Clipper Servicing however this is at a much higher rate than arranging the shipping yourself.

If you are not sure if the blaster is covered under warranty or if it is needing a service please contact Anglia Clipper Services on 01787 282413. Please note it is not possible to diagnose a dryer over the phone and can not give an accurate diagnosis until the unit is in for repair. All parts repaired will hold a 6 Months warranty with Anglia Clipper Services.”

Things not covered by warranty are carbon brushes, hoses, damage to housing, loose wire, misuse etc..

Hoses –

We get a lot of customers contacting us re the hoses disconnecting from the dryers. This is not a warranty issue, the hoses are not covered under warranty if they have detached from the dryer they have just become unscrewed from the hose connecter so will just need screwing back in anticlockwise if they keep detaching they have not been screwed in all the way we recommend using some oil to help getting it to screw in all the way.

My dryers heat is not working? First please check the following.

The dryers do not heat up as hot as a human hair dryer does, as dogs skin and hair is a lot more delicate than ours and can easily become damaged. To have the full heat you need to have the heat element turned on and the motor on full power for 1-2 minutes to get the full heat. The heat can only be felt 2-6 ” away from the nozzle as any further away the air is cooled because of the high speed the air comes out of the dryer.

The product should be returned complete with all accessories as originally purchased.

Frequently included with your original purchase are;

  • Heiniger blade set, we will sharpen one set of blades complimentary with any warranty or repair on a clipper. If there are additional blades being sent, please advise if these are to be sharpened at a charge or to be returned unsharpened. (Please note we will not sharpen broken blades and are only able to sharpen Heiniger blades).
  • The batteries/ charger and power supply as we are unable to proceed without all of these items present.
  • The proof of purchase for the sale of the product.

Any machines, combs, cutters or blade sets sent for warranty, repairs or sharpening will be subject to a cleaning and disinfection charge of up to £15 if returned excessively dirty or caked in animal material.

The product should please be returned to the below address. If you could include the return details and the issue you are having in the parcel so we are able to diagnose the item. It will also help our technician to identify and resolve the issue swiftly.
