RETURNS

We offer EASY RETURNS via the Royal Mail for parcels. We are able to accept returns on a parcel under 20KG. Our returns system is easy, simple to use and hassle free. By using our returns you agree to the deductible costs below. This will be automatically deducted from your refund when the parcel is returned to us.

Cost of return (per parcel)
Orders weighing under 2KG = £7.99
Orders weighing between 2KG -20KG = £11.99

ALWAYS INCLUDE YOUR RETURNS FORM INSIDE THE RETURNED PACKAGE. If no invoice is provided this will delay returns significantly as we won’t know you’ve returned the product.

All returns must be approved before mailing back to us. Please email Info@GroomersWorld.co.uk within 14 days of purchase for your return to be approved. All returns must be unused and in the original packaging, exactly as the item was received and returned to our warehouse within 14 days of notifying us of the return. If a parcel fails to be delivered and a re-delivery or collection is not organised by you, the return postage costs will apply automatically if the parcel is returned to us.

We are not able to organise returns for items that are delivered on pallets. Re-stocking fee will apply on returns of goods delivered on a pallet (Tables, Baths, etc).
