Please package your items carefully into an envelope or box and place the below order form inside the package. Not including this form will drastically delay receiving your items back as we won’t know where they have come from. We highly recommend sending the package to us via a fully insured / tracked postage service as you are fully responsible for the item until it is received back at the warehouse. Please retain all proof of postage until your items have been serviced.

The parcel is the senders responsibility until it is received with us at the address . (If you have opted to use our prepaid postage service below please note this is only insured up to £100)

We offer FREE shipping via the Royal Mail for parcels under 2kg. If your parcel is above 2kg we do not currently offer free shipping however the parcel can be split into two separate parcels.
