We understand that sometimes you may need to send something back. That’s why we’ve made our returns process as simple and straightforward as possible, with easy Royal Mail returns available for parcels under 20KG. Just make sure your return is approved first and your returns form is included inside the parcel so we can process everything without unnecessary delays.
We offer easy returns via Royal Mail for parcels under 20KG. Our returns system is simple to use and hassle free. By using our returns service, you agree to the deductible costs below. These costs will be automatically deducted from your refund when the parcel is returned to us.
Cost of return per parcel
Orders weighing under 2KG = £7.99
Orders weighing between 2KG and 20KG = £11.99
ALWAYS INCLUDE YOUR RETURNS FORM INSIDE THE RETURNED PACKAGE. If no invoice is provided, this may significantly delay your return as we may not be able to identify who the returned product belongs to.
All returns must be approved before being sent back to us. Please email Info@GroomersWorld.co.uk within 14 days of purchase for your return to be approved.
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. Items must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of notifying us of the return.
If a parcel fails to be delivered and a redelivery or collection is not organised by you, return postage costs will automatically apply if the parcel is returned to us.
We are unable to organise returns for items delivered on pallets. A restocking fee will apply to returned goods that were delivered on a pallet, including tables, baths and similar large items.
Quick & Easy Returns
Prefer to arrange your own return? No problem. You’re welcome to use your own preferred courier and send your parcel directly back to us. Just remember to include your completed returns form inside the package so we can identify your order and process your refund as quickly as possible.
You are not required to use our returns system. If you have another method you would prefer to use, you can arrange the return yourself. Please always remember to include your returns form.
