All items will be routinely sent MONTHLY to you upon your requested date.

Subscription Policy

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a monthly/yearly basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Groomers World cancels it. You can cancel your Subscription yourself by logging onto your account.

Subscriptions are paid via Direct Debit, so must be paid by card (Paypal, Apple Pay etc is not accepted). You shall provide Groomers World with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, post code, email address, and a valid payment method. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorise Groomers World to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

You can cancel your monthly Subscription anytime however if you cancel your subscription early for our Delivery subscription this will not be refunded. Groomers World service costs £9.99 and is valid for a 12 month period from the date of purchase. Your subscription to Groomers World Delivery is subject to these terms and conditions. Customers need a registered Groomers World account to subscribe. The service must be purchased by selecting the Delivery option at checkout. Once purchased Groomers World Delivery is non-refundable. Groomers World Delivery entitles customers to Unlimited Standard Delivery and Unlimited 24 hour delivery. There is no limit on how many times you order. Groomers World Delivery is available for delivery to UK addresses (excluding Northern Ireland), postcode restrictions apply if using the 24 hour Delivery service. Groomers World reserves the right to change the cut off time delivery at our discretion. During busy retail periods (including but not limited to Black Friday weekend and Cyber Monday) delivery times may take longer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the use of Groomers World Delivery in accordance with the terms and conditions. Any breach will result in the termination of your membership and no refund will be given. Groomers World reserve the right to accept or refuse membership and to change any terms and conditions at our discretion. Customers will be informed of any significant changes to these terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected. Exclusions: Unlimited 24 hour Delivery does not apply to Nominated Day Service and UK Next Day Evening Delivery

Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans

We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
