GW Equipment – DH3 1QT(8am-5pm)

After placing your order, we will fill your designated locker within 1 working day.

Your CLICK & COLLECT code and locker number will be emailed to you once your order is ready to collect (Please check junk).

You can collect your parcel at the following address once you have your code – GW Equipment, 53-54 Birtley Business Centre, DH3 1QT

Costcutter – DH2 3EH (7am-8pm)

After placing your order, we will fill your designated store within 1 working day.

You will receive an email confirm the order has been dispatched once it has arrived at your chosen location.

DROP OFF (8am – 5pm)

If you are having your tools sharpened with us and wish to drop off your items. We always leave some lockers open, you can leave your goods inside and lock the door and we will be in touch with you once your goods have been sharpened. Please ensure you have filled our the sharpening form

RETURNS (8am – 5pm)

If you are returning goods to us, via drop off please ensure you have followed all instructions on the return page and filled out the return order form so we can identify who the return is from.
